Indexer Notes

All cameo flashbacks that are killed by the Fury (including Miracleman) are heroes from Earth-286; Although the name is mentioned twice in Marvel Superheroes (Marvel UK, 1979 series), this is the first instance where the physical representation of Marvelman is identified as Miracleman; This is also the first story where alternate earths in the Marvel Universe are given numbers including the earth in the "real" Marvel Universe named Earth-616; Alan Moore has contended in interviews that the number 616 holds no real significance as he probably didn't expect that the number would be accepted into official Marvel dogma.
