Art credits confirmed by Dick Sprang. Letterer credit confirmed by George Roussos. This story was written and illustrated in 1942, as Sprang related it to me (Craig Delich). He said that DC had him do many stories then, which were later used in the series here and there. 1st panel on page 3 states the year 1942 and the next to last panel on page 13 also has the 1942 date.
