Synopsis
A young unpublished songwriter heads for the big city in order to sell some of his snappy tunes, but no one agrees to give him a chance until Wilbur Wolfingham steps into the scene, and Superman has to take a hand to see that the young man is not fleeced, but given the opportunity to strut his stuff before a noted publisher.
