- Synopsis:
- In order to raise some money to help Flash mount his defense, Spidey is hired by Silver Sable to help her bring in Jack O' Lantern; Instead, they find themselves up against five of Spidey's foes calling themselves the Sinister Syndicate; Ned leaves Betty; Macendale tries to peddle his services as Jack O' Lantern to the Kingpin and the Rose but is unsuccessful; Sandman is out for a suburban stroll when he notices the Sinister Syndicate drop a roller coaster on Spidey and Sable.
