Synopsis:
Spidey has been blasted by the Punisher's knockout gas and has to sleep it off in an alley; Richard Fisk meets a lovely woman and explains to her that his father was a criminal and he has been trying to take down his operation from the inside while still maintaining his integrity; Peter gets a call from Matt Murdock who asks him for a midnight meet; MJ is contacted by Lance who asks her to tell Pete about a midnight mob meeting but she blows it off and doesn't say anything; The gang war explodes as the police move in on the rival gangs who are meeting; With DD a no show, Spidey finds out about the mob meet from MJ too late to do anything but try and save innocent bystanders from the ensuing fires; The Rose tries to escape the police on foot but is forced to shoot a young cop who tries to stop him.
