Part of a continuing story. The character is referred to as Spark Man, but is dressed in a standard military dress uniform. Pencils and inks were credited by unknown original indexer to R. Greenwood. Credit line on strip says Paul Berdanier. Berdanier can differentiated from Greenwood by how Berdanier uses darker shading and several more lines drawn around a character to denote fast action movement.
