Synopsis:
Peter becomes a patient in the "mad dog" ward of a psychiatric facility as he is trying to locate the wife of one of the Kingpin's goons who has threatened to turn her husband over to the police; Peter finds Vicki but can barely think straight, much less function, as he is being heavily sedated; Peter tries to lead a revolt on the ward but isn't very successful; Dr. Hope continues to work on the patient "Brainstorm" to convert him into an assassin for the Kingpin.
