Synopsis
When Katie's favorite author is framed for stealing $100,000 from one of her book contests, she goes to the Punisher for help, little knowing that Jack has hired Dakota North for the same purpose. When the adults fail to get the real thief to confess, Jack and Katie dress up as the Smurf-like Goo-Gams to scare himself into giving himself up.

The villains in the story are parodies of the Three Stooges. The story continues from Power Pack (Marvel, 1986 series) #21. Power Pack first met the Punisher in Strange Tales (Marvel, 1987 series) #12-14.
