Synopsis
The Punisher engineer Herman Wieses who is trying to blow the lid off of a conspiracy between civilian contractor Underwater Boat Company and the military of overspending and underbidding, which makes some higher ups both in the military and the contracting company a little nervous. Frank and Wiese end up stealing an experimental sub in order to broadcast this information publicly. Underwater Boats C.E.O. Morse, with help from his military co-conspirators, sends a nuclear sub after them.
