Synopsis
The Punisher has to destroy his battle van to get away from Kingpin's battle tank. Kingpin hires Mr. Wong and his nephew, George, to crunch his numbers while his computer is down and they bring along an assassin to deal with the Punisher as well. Lem infiltrates Punisher's house and kills Conchita before the Punisher can take him down.

Synopsis
Super hacker, Jeremy, contacts Micro and tells him that he is tired of working for the Kingpin and wants to switch sides. They set a meet but Jeremy is killed by his young rival, George, as he leaves. The Punisher, Microchip and Vernon infiltrate the Kingpin's tower but have to make an uneasy truce with him to walk away with their lives.
