Synopsis:

Phoenix has accidentally destroyed the real Jean Grey but decides to continue living Jean's life; She tracks the Shadow King to Muir Isle where she finds he has grown her daughter into an adult with formidable powers; Phoenix defeats the Shadow King and reverts Rachel back to childhood; Years pass with Phoenix masquerading as Jean but when she interferes with a mutant hating president, it causes the government to activate an army of Sentinels; Phoenix and the X-Men defeat the robots but "Jean's" secret is exposed; Phoenix wants to continue her life with Scott but takes off for the stars.
