Synopsis
The Penguin kidnaps Cal Ripken Jr. from a parade, also getting Kevin (who tried to intervene). Batman tracks them down, but Penguin threatens to shoot his hostages. But Cal and Kevin have already escaped thanks to Big League Chew bubble gum, so Batman captures the Penguin.
