Synopsis
Gwendolyn Purdy is mocked by her pupils and criticized by her principal. Gwendolyn shows the pupils her tektite collection but then loses her temper which is seen by Cannon. Later, back home the tektite collection starts glowing. Two aliens tell her that their leader, Kryptos, wants to meet her. Kryptos thinks earth women are ugly but wants to take Gwendolyn back to Uranus. Gwendolyn goes home to think about this and decides to improve her appearance. When Kryptos meets her again he is horrified and asks to be released from his request. Later Cannon asks Gwendolyn out to a dance.

Synopsis
Ed Farraday loves the old rundown Farraday Mansion where he lives but bills are building up. He has a nightmare where he leaves his body, walks through a wall and then sees a bright light at which point he wakes up. A doctor at a local free hospital tells him that the dream represents wish fulfilment and the light is simply a rising sun. Ed has the dream again and when he wakes up decides to solve it. He goes to the wall and finds a secret panel. He enters a chamber and then sees a bright light which is a chest of treasure. Now Farraday Mansion looks better than it ever has before!

Synopsis
The first time Stanley Onslow predicts the future is on his fourth birthday. He tells his parents that his Aunt Ella will be arriving after lunch with his present, a sled. His mother dismisses this saying Ella lives a thousand miles away and it's summer so why a sled. Ella then shows up, with a sled! Two years later Stanley tells his parents that something has happened on the other side of the hill. It's Mr. Gregg who has had a heart attack. In 1945 Stanley lowers the flag to half-mast because of the President. Two hours later the radio announces that Franklin D. Roosevelt has died.

Synopsis
Young Johnny Haldane is fishing when a stranger thanks him for saving his life. Johnny has never seen him before but the stranger says he will understand in time. All sightings of the stranger over the years are wrong. By 1977 John is a commander in the meteorological military. Controlling weather has taken the place of atomic warfare. John goes out on patrol and finds a man in a snow drift. The man tells John that he is from the year 3957 and must get back to his time machine. The man leaves and because he cannot return to the same time goes back a further 20 years to say thank you.

Synopsis
Arthur Mellon is trying to perfect the perfect cigarette filter. He applies his latest solution to some filters and then smokes 5 to test. He leaves for home feeling dizzy. He buys his usual newspaper and reads about an assassination and an oil company making a rapid rise on the stock market. The next morning he hears about the assassination but can't find the newspaper. Susan tells him he didn't bring one home. The newspaper vendor says he was off sick so couldn't have sold him the newspaper. Arthur buys shares in the oil company with all his savings and makes over $200,00 from $2083.

Synopsis
Rhett Shaw returns to his rural village after studying science at college. Whit Carter challenges Shaw to a fight to continue the family feud. Shaw declines and suggests they forget the feud. Shaw drives home but is stopped by a force bubble. The aliens discuss their duel where they use the natural forces of a planet to fight. The villagers shelter in a cave to escape the battle. Shaw hears the aliens telepathically and learns that they have each won 127 victories on other planets. Shaw discovers the alien weapons are vulnerable to nitric acid and they leave Earth after shaking hands.

Synopsis
Chalmers is accused of murdering Sir Alfred Haines as he knew he was the benefactor of his will. The jurors are all sure he is guilty but a mysterious man steps out of the shadows and hypnotises the jurors to return a not guilty verdict. When the foreman announces the verdict the judge is angry but has to release Chalmers. Later the jurors recover and tell the judge but no trace of the man is found. They give details to an artist and the man is recognised by the judge as being Sir Alfred! A young burglar is caught and confesses to the crime. The judge is glad that Chalmers was not hanged.

In 1920 in Poland, Anton and Valya are entranced by their little son with his distinctive white streak in his dark curls. One day he disappears and is never found. Years later Poland is invaded by the Nazis and Anton and Sofia are sentenced to death by shooting as members of the underground. The sergeant tasked with shooting them cannot do it even though he has executed dozens of others. He tells Anton and Sofia to hurry up and get out. He removes his helmet to wipe his brow and discloses a white streak in his dark hair.

Synopsis
Max Prine is proud of capturing wild animals for zoos and circuses but his wife is not so sure. Returning from a hunt one day he sees his wife being abducted by aliens. He follows but is caught in an electrified trap. He wakes up in a cage and his wife tells him the aliens are collecting animals, including them, to take back to their world. They escape and are chased relentlessly by the aliens up a hill. Max turns the tables on the aliens by causing a landslide. Four aliens survive and they quickly escape in their rocket. Max releases the animals and tells Lana he is changing his job.

Synopsis
The plane carrying Lt Don Allison crashes into the sea. Badly wounded he escapes in a rubber boat and is barely aware of being lifted onto the Hospital Ship Dakota. The Doctor and Nurse treat him and then arrange for his transferral. The next thing he knows is that he is back in his rubber boat being rescued by men from a destroyer. He tells his story to the Commander who tells him that the Dakota was torpedoed 2 months earlier. It's not possible for Allison to have been on board and yet he has bandages and dressings showing that he has had expert medical care!

Charles Weldon has worked for Ferris for 20 years but feels he has only been paid a pittance. Ferris leaves the building leaving Weldon alone. Weldon opens the safe and takes all the money. He tries to leave town but each method he tries, train, bus and plane, is stymied. Leaving the airport the mist swirls thicker and then he finds himself back outside his work. He puts the money back in the safe just as Ferris returns. Ferris is worried about the money but seeing Weldon is reassured. Ferris then tells Weldon that he has not treated him properly and will make him a partner in the firm.

In a cellar in 1956 Budapest, a group talk of rising up against the Russians but they need another Louis Kossuth. The Russians start the revolution by firing on a group of protesting workers. A protestor lies wounded in front of a tank. A man carries him to safety and then leads a group to steal more weapons. He tells them to call him Franz, leads them in more daring raids and exposes a Russian agent amongst them. The Russians bring more arms and Franz tells the group to flee and then disappears. The group realises that Franz looks just like Louis Kossuth without a beard and moustache.

Synopsis
Jorgg Wendt is one of Earth's most brilliant scientists. He starts building a machine responding to voices he hears. He is unable to tell anyone what he is building as he does not know. He tries to destroy the machine but cannot and faints. Another message comes through. Gyrok tells him that he has been sending the messages and that the machine is a defense machine which he is not allowed to build on his own world. Reassured Wendt finishes the machine but he has been tricked and it is actually a transporter which brings Gyrok and his people to Earth.
