Synopsis:
At an event to welcome back the JSA and celebrate their retirement, some sort of giant mutated creature emerges from the ground. Luckily Superman is in the audience and takes care of the menace. Several months later Green Lantern and Flash are having coffee when they hear that a nuclear power plant has been taken over by an armed group and decide to come out of retirement.
