- Synopsis
- To save for their marriage, Dave and Jill scrimped on everything and Dave has worked long hours. But the grind of counting pennies and Dave's exhaustion is wearing on Jill. One rainy night when she misses the last bus home from Dave's place, she decides to take a taxi instead of walking. She ends up sharing the taxi with a famous film actor who kisses her when she gets out. She thinks that is the end of it, but the actor sees her again and asks her out. With Dave working late that night, Jill blows all her savings preparing herself for the premiere.
