Synopsis
Ginge asks the guys if they will take her flying and they say no but a strange guy in the diner says he'll take her up. She goes with him to his balloon to go flying, but two spies shoot the balloon out the sky. She has to figure out how to get away from them and keep them from getting the secret weather device they are after.
