Indexer Notes

Splash page contains the notation "55". Several previous and following issues have similar notations. It is the indexer's opinion that this issue was reprinted from issue #55. The issues between The Shadow (2nd series) #108 and #122 inclusive therefore appear to have been a sequential reprinting of issues #45 through #59. Also, the panels of the last page seem to have been modified. I suspect that this story originally ran a full 22 pages.
