Synopsis
Devil-Slayer’s fiery altercation with Man-Thing restores Payne’s sanity. Mr. Termineus tries to claim the excised Nexus fragment, but Sorrow gives it to Ellen. On their way back to the swamp, reality breaks, and Ellen finds herself living an idyllic life in a small town with Ted. The illusion ends when Mr. Termineus shows up to taunt her with Job, who turns out to be her son with Ted.
