Synopsis
In a world where the Kents got a flat tire on the day Kal-El's rocket crashed, Lex Luthor rules Metropolis. Luthor foments anti-alien fervor, directed at the members of the Justice League of America. While the JLA enlists Lois Lane to help with their image problems, Black Canary takes her Outsiders in search of Metamorpho, and Joker invades Arkham Asylum. Elsewhere, the Doom Patrol is felled by a living gas, Green Lantern discovers that Earth has been enveloped by a force field -- which Darkseid interprets as an act of war by New Genesis -- and Batman enters the melee in Arkham.
