- Henry gets an invitation to a picnic. Showing up to pick up his date she says "The weather report says it's a perfect day for our picnic." Just as they start out it begins to pour, and he leaves her crying at home. Henry goes to the weatherman's office in the municipal building and puts a tack on his chair for revenge.
