Synopsis
Henry gets an invitation to a picnic. Showing up to pick up his date she says "The weather report says it's a perfect day for our picnic." Just as they start out it begins to pour, and he leaves her crying at home. Henry goes to the weatherman's office in the municipal building and puts a tack on his chair for revenge.

Synopsis
Convicts discuss the Phantom's treasure with Bubba who says he's seen it. Pete accomplishes a jail break of the convicts while they are being transported to the judge. The gun smuggler Cappy convinces one of his customers (a displaced general) to help steal the Phantom's treasure. Feigning helplessness Cappy gets himself brought to the Skull Cave and the Phantom, but his ruse is noted by Guran, and the Phantom shows him the "treasures" which Cappy identifies as junk, and attempts to cancel the raid/killing spree to steal it. Only to have the Phantom get and capture the general and his troops.
