- Synopsis
- Newly commissioned Pr. Brown asks who the Patrol's Commander is, and Cp. Garr convinces him to help attempt to prove he doesn't exist. They are mysteriously caught and required to turn themselves in by written orders. Following confinement Brown goes to an off-limits bar and gets slipped a mickey so his uniform can be borrowed. The imposter uses it and a false mustache to lead a bank heist. Leaving the mustache in the uniform pocket he redresses Brown and escapes. Because of the mustache Brown is arrested, only the Phantom believes he's innocent and sets out to prove it.
