Synopsis
Present for the annual wedding rights of the Wambesi and LLongo tribes, the Phantom notices his good mark on the Jade Hut at Keela-Wee and decides to investigate. In the chronicles he finds that a 17th Century Phantom befriended Emperor Joonkar, just as the Barbary Pirates kidnap the Emporor's fiance. That Phantom devised a plan for her rescue making use of the newly formed Jungle Patrol. Years later the Emporer gifted the Phantom and his bride Keela-Wee.

Synopsis
Prince Wambo is sent to college, while there he discovers gambling. Returning home he gets money from his father 'to invest in stocks,' and is swindled by the gangsters running the casino. The Phantom steps in to make things right.
