Synopsis:
We see a training base for the Initiative as Yellowjacket gives Maria Hill a tour. Mr. Fantastic is still repairing the Thor Clone in the Baxter Building. Meanwhile Punisher breaks into the building and discovers the details of the prison complex in the negative zone, relaying the information to Captain America. Sue Richards attempts to get Namor to back Captain America in the final battle but he refuses. Whilst planning the battle the Punisher kills to villains who back Captain America, forcing him to be kicked out of the team. We see Dr. Strange at the North Pole, staying away from the conflict. Finally the battle has come, with Captain America and Iron Man, the final conflict of Civil War begins!

Synopsis:
Clint Barton is alive! He finds out that he was dead, for the second time. He visits Dr. Strange who confirms that he is fit and healthy. He then sets off to find the Scarlet Witch, hoping for closure or maybe revenge. However he finds Wanda and discovers she is living a quiet life, unaware of any of the powers she possessed nor what occurred. She and Clint embrace and sleep together, the next morning Clint leaves without waking her.

Synopsis:
The Atlantean send an Ambassador to show that they did not intend to attack America. In a press conference hosted by members of SHE (Super Heroes of Europe) Norman Osborn shoots at the Ambassador but only wounding him in the arm. Now in police custody Norman refuses to answer any question only answering to say can't say! A shadowy character then arrives and takes Norman away under the guise of national security.
