Synopsis
The superhero training for the fifty state initiative gets underway. The Punisher breaks into the Baxter Building and steals the plans for the Negative Zone prison Number 42. When a pair of villains show up to join Cap's side, the Punisher shoots them. Cap beats on the Punisher who refuses to fight back. Cap's heroes make it to Number 42 only to find that it is a trap. Hulkling, however, has been impersonating Hank Pym and the prisoners incarcerated in Number 42 have been freed to fight on Cap's side. The final battle of the Civil War is about to begin.

Synopsis
Clint Barton is alive! He finds out that he was dead, for the second time. He visits Dr. Strange who confirms that he is fit and healthy. He then sets off to find the Scarlet Witch, hoping for closure or maybe revenge. However he finds Wanda and discovers she is living a quiet life, unaware of any of the powers she possessed nor what occurred. She and Clint embrace and sleep together, the next morning Clint leaves without waking her.

Synopsis
The Atlantean send an Ambassador to show that they did not intend to attack America. In a press conference hosted by members of SHE (Super Heroes of Europe) Norman Osborn shoots at the Ambassador but only wounding him in the arm. Now in police custody Norman refuses to answer any question only answering to say can't say! A shadowy character then arrives and takes Norman away under the guise of national security.
