Synopsis:
Captain America and Iron Man's pro- and anti-registration teams finally face each other for the final battle. The battle is initially fought in the Negative Zone but as Reed Richards closes the portal to trap Captain America, Cloak transports everyone to New York. The battle rages on with Namor and the Clone Thor joining the battle. On the verge of defeating Iron Man, Captain America is stopped by some police and firemen who help him realise the truth. That they are no longer fighting for the common citizen. Captain America surrenders and tells his forces to stand down. Some are jailed, some are offered amnesty, some remain at large but registration and the initiative have won.
