Bob Hope accidentally takes a professor's formula, ending up in Blitznia with super speed but without his memory. Blitznians groom him to run for them in the Olympics, but his memory recovers after encountering the professor and his pretty daughter again. The professor's reverse formula accidentally reverses him back to the stone age, where he is soon surrounded by pretty girls.
