Synopsis
Blackie Nason was captured because of his picture being in the Police "Rogue's Gallery," so after he escapes from prison, he has plastic surgery, then sets up his "Gallery of Undercover Cops." And he accidentally uncovers the true identity of Batman, just wanting to scam the underworld element.
