- Synopsis
- Heather thinks she sees her dead husband, Mac, in a crowd. Jeffries and Bochs make a new and improved Box suit. With her Jeanne-Marie persona dominant, Aurora seeks out her brother, Northstar, for help. They visit one of Jean-Paul's old friends at a circus only to find it is being overtaken by a tyrannical "fat lady" and her cohorts.

- Synopsis
- The Beyonder has turned a downtown building and all of its contents into solid gold and the government scrambles to keep this fact a secret in order to keep the world from plunging into an economic crisis. The building is being carved up and the gold dropped into a deep sea chasm to take it out of play. Spidey helps Agent Anderson foil a plot by the Kingpin to steal a load of the gold for himself. Peter, however, has taken a solid gold notebook he found in the trash home with him and tries to figure out what to do with it.
