Synopsis:
The Mandrill takes over Spider-Woman's mind and forces her to attack Spider-Man. Cap and Steve take on the Living Laser in the ruins of the Avengers hideout. Luke Cage arrives to help out as do Nick Fury and his Secret Warriors and the heroes take on HAMMER. Steve Rogers is reunited with the rest of the Avengers just as the team learns that Osborn is attacking Asgard and Thor has fallen.

When Cap is reunited with Ms. Marvel, he whispers to her in two panels with the words very, very tiny. Rather than being original text or a hidden message, the words are simply strung randomly together from a newscast on the next page; Cap is whispering in both panels, "These images you the mighty Thor is are seeing are live being brought [unintelligible] down by Norman word from Osborn's camp."
