Synopsis
The newly deceased Snake-Eyes, Scarlett, and Blind Master get ready to invade Borovia to rescue their captured comrades, as Fred VII lands on Cobra Island proclaiming himself to be Cobra Commander. The Baroness backs up his claim so as not to jeopardize his true identity to Serpentor, since only she knows his true face. Meanwhile, Chuckles and Psyche-Out wonder what's going on at the base in Utah at night after they arrive with several new Joes.
