Synopsis:

Finding L.E.G.I.O.N. unwelcome on Maltus, Dox hatches a plan involving the dead planet of Rann. Meanwhile, on Kalanor, Despero is preparing to execute Starro, but the Conqueror is saved by his cohorts. And Starfire, who has returned to the Vega system and the space where Tamaran used to reside, is surprised by a momentous arrival.
