Synopsis:
Stationed in the American West, Bilko is inspired to find some local Indians and put on a rodeo, in order to fleece the soldiers on the base out of their money. First step, put Doberman in an Indian outfit and persuade Colonel Hall to allow him to take his men out on maneuvers in the desert.

Synopsis:
Bilko finds his Indians and gets invited to a "wardance," though it is more like a jitterbug. In the midst of it all, oil is discovered, and Colonel Hall becomes an honorary chief. But Bilko never gets his rodeo, and real maneuvers are scheduled for the next day.
