Synopsis:
Mad Doctor Doom enlarges a dragonfly to steal an armored car, planning to smuggle it aboard the Pride of Walvis Bay and finance his plans for world domination. Soon Archie, Chic, and Kimberly Clark are in an aerial battle with Doom and Chester over the open water.
