Synopsis
The Tranq Gas gang pump knock-out gas through the system that feeds air to Luna-1. With the citizenry unconscious, they then go on a crime spree. As Judges struggle to cope the gang get away clean. 53,000 die in the city. Retribution comes in the form of the Oxygen Board who cut off the air supply to the gang's hideout for none-payment of bills. They asphyxiate on top of the loot.
