- Synopsis:
- Mister Miracle boom tubes Booster Gold, Skeets, and Big Barda away from the Darkstars' justice and back to Earth. After a quick trip to the present, Booster returns to rescue Blue Beetle, but finds Queen Artemis has turned him into a chipmunk for refusing to become her consort. She allows the Darkstars to take the heroes to Starlag where they meet Vril Dox. Booster realizes that they have arrived just before the alien invasion that led to Dox's founding of L.E.G.I.O.N. But it is someone named Estrogina, not Dox, who announces that she will lead whoever wants to join her in a prison break.
