Tuska is credited on Black Terror by Jerry Bails' Who's Who, and can often be mixed up with Morisi, but the lines inside the ears are different.

Bob Benton, alias The Black Terror, appears in the final two panels but not in costume. His ward is renamed from Tim Roland to Tim Mason here.
