Synopsis

Michel Monk is trained by Colossus World security. He does as well as expected; no better, no worse, so Horvath arranges to have him tested and pushed. Horvath also arranges the death of Dr. Westholme to protect his secret. Once given incentives, Monk blossoms. Horvath fakes Monk's Lome score in order to further his plans.
