Synopsis
The Timebroker gathers the Exiles, introduces them to each other and explains how this team gathered from throughout alternate realities will leap from place to place fixing damaged links in the time stream. The Exiles begin their first mission on a world where humanity has captured or killed all super powered individuals by rescuing Charles Xavier. But Xavier is mad and bent on destruction.

As this is almost a "what if" series and takes place in alternate dimensions, almost all of the character appearances for the entire series including the heroes themselves are "alternate" versions and not the regular heroes of the "real" Marvel Universe.

Synopsis
The Exiles turn to Forge to find a way to defeat the evil Charles Xavier and his super powered allies. The team realizes that they were meant to release Magneto rather than Xavier and Magnus gives his life accomplishing this. Sunfire arrives as a replacement for Magnus. With their first mission accomplished, the Exiles find themselves teleported to the Shi'ar empire and the trial of Phoenix.

Synopsis
The Exiles find themselves in a reality where Jean Grey became Phoenix and is destined to become evil and wipe out the galaxy unless she is killed during her trial. Blink and company plan to take part in the battle on the side of the Imperial Guard to ensure that Jean dies. Mimic battles Wolverine.
