Synopsis:

John Stewart comes to Rann for a meeting with Vril Dox about the Green Lantern Corps' activities in the Vega System. Their talks are interrupted by the efforts of the Citadel Liberation Front to snuff out Vega unless the Green Lanterns leave, a crisis remarkably similar to the one Stewart faced with Xanshi. However, the rookie Green Lanterns handle the situation, without needing back-up. Meanwhile, Starro the Conqueror forces the Psions to restore his power.
