The Bay Area businessmen feel the demonstration tremors and start paying the ransom, but with the deadline looming, the Mayor calls the X-Men for help. On Utopia, Kate Kildare begins working with Magneto to improve his public relations image as they prepare to announce to the fearful world that he is now a X-Man.
