This issue has variants.
"Printed by Quad/Graphics, Montreal, QC, Canada. 4/29/11." Two covers were done for this issue; this one featuring Superman and Livewire, and an alternate one featuring Superman in front of the Las Vegas sign (10 issues for 1 issue mixture).
Story continued from the previous issue, and continues in issue 713. This is not a co-writer situation, Roberson is working from Straczynski's plots; they gave him a rough outline that JMS had turned in for the remaining issues of the Grounded arc, which amounted to a sentence or two for each of the issues, spelling out in general terms where the issue would take place geographically, specific guest stars, etc.
The containment suit is from Superman's electric phase (1997), and is shown in the Fortress of Solitude with several other former Superman costumes (the Return of Superman suit (1993), the Krypton Man suit (1990), and the suit with the black background shield (2002)).
Letters from Francesco Vanagolli, Andrew Carl, Henry Sarmiento, and Carlos Infante. This includes a promo for the next issue including the cover, but that specific issue as described and shown ended up not being published (an inventory story replaced it).
