Synopsis
While other JSAers fight villains with elemental or chaotic-energy powers, a small team seeks out the Shade, but finds that Obsidian and Dr. Fate, under the control of the Starheart, have beat them to him. Meanwhile, the JLA recruits Miss Martian to establish mental contact with Starman and are eventually joined in the search for Mikaal by Shilo Norman, Mister Miracle.
