Synopsis
A UN soldier becomes infected with the virus, and kills his unit.

Snake Eyes and Duke attack Vargas' home in Italy. They capture him, and they infect him with the virus, called Ophiophagus Z, in order to force him to give them the antidote. They try the lab, but Vargas tells them they need to go to Albania. The house is locked-down, so blasts them an exit. Snake Eyes sedates both Duke and Vargas for the trip. They meet up with Kwinn in Kosovo, who will help them get past the border into Albania.

Doc and Scarlett discuss Duke's prognosis.
