Synopsis:

The pair go to the weatherman's house and find that Twinkle and the weatherman are trying to repair the "Season Machine," which is stuck on "Summer." The season machine gets fixed but the next problem is that the snow machine is out of raw materials. Santa and the elves bring substitutes that produce snow made of ice cream.
