Ingra uses the power she takes from the High Council of Sinister to expand her palace. Gannish and Yala meet in the rift, where Persha joins them uninvited. Gannish tells them he is leaving on a mission to gather more information. Yala gets upset at Persha for causing Gannish to leave. Rhorf brings Minister Ilahn to Elysia. Ingra meets with Seahn, offering him rule over House Dexter. Pyrem is concerned that the expansion of Ingra's palace will endanger Altwaal's obelisk.
