Contents page with title, month and issue number at top, with the indicia at bottom.
The strip contents each have a brief synopsis type description with a page number but the Hulk one is the only one that has an image that fills up the middle half of the page. Its from Rampaging Hulk (Marvel, 1977 series) #5, page 28, panel 3 of the Hulk fighting Namor.
Some of the other features are listed only but they have misnamed the Nighthawk one here with a typo and called it 'The Origin of Hawkeye'.
