- Synopsis
- The Mole Man arranges for the neighbors of the Fantastic Four to complain about their activities so they will be interested when they receive an ad for an island that is for sale. When they visit the island, the Mole Man is waiting for them.

- Hulk understands that Rick Jones has deserted him for the Avengers. He comes back to New York to get his revenge on the Avengers but the Fantastic Four are there to stop him. And the Thing is the only one with a chance to defeat him.
