Synopsis
While getting the key to the city of Provo, Superman hears Jimmy's signal watch, and goes to Las Vegas to find Livewire attacking. She's more powerful and crazier than normal. With the help of Jimmy (using the key), Serling Roquette, and Iron Munro, Superman is able to figure out that one of his electrical containment suits should help control her, and he gets it around her, containing the problem.

Story continued from the previous issue, and continues in issue #713. This is not a co-writer situation, Roberson is working from Straczynski's plots; they gave him a rough outline that JMS had turned in for the remaining issues of the Grounded arc, which amounted to a sentence or two for each of the issues, spelling out in general terms where the issue would take place geographically, specific guest stars, etc.

The containment suit is from Superman's electric phase (1997), and is shown in the Fortress of Solitude with several other former Superman costumes (the Return of Superman suit (1993), the Krypton Man suit (1990), and the suit with the black background shield (2002).
