This issue is a variant of Superman (DC, 2006 series) #708 [Direct].
"Printed by Quad/Graphics, Montreal, QC, Canada. 01/28/11."
Two covers were done for this issue; one featuring Superman and Wonder Woman, and this alternate one featuring many Supermen flying in orbit (10 issues for 1 issue mixture).
For every 10 copies of the standard edition, retailers were allowed to order one copy of this variant edition.
Story continued from the previous issue, and continues in the next issue.
This is not a co-writer situation, Roberson is working from Straczynski's plots; they gave him a rough outline that JMS had turned in for the remaining issues of the Grounded arc, which amounted to a sentence or two for each of the issues, spelling out in general terms where the issue would take place geographically, specific guest stars, etc.
The Wonder Woman here is the same version that is concurrently running in JMS's Wonder Woman title. As such, Superman (and the world) does not recognize her, and she only thinks of herself as a warrior defending Amazons, and not as a superhero (although this adventure makes her wonder).
