This issue is a variant of Superman (DC, 2006 series) #713 [Direct].
"Printed by Quad/Graphics, Montreal, QC, Canada. 7/1/11."
Two covers were done for this issue; one featuring Superman, Clark Kent, Superboy, and Supergirl, and this alternate one featuring Superman and a safecracker (10 issues for 1 issue mixture).
For every ten copies of the standard edition, retailers were allowed to order one copy of this variant edition.
Story continued from issue 711, and continues in the next issue.
Note that "Grounded Part Ten" was skipped, due to the situation surrounding issue 712. In addition, per Roberson in an email with ComicsAlliance, issue 712 was supposed to open with a one page sequence of Superman rescuing a cat in San Gabriel, California, included as part of a contest that DC ran at the start of this story arc. When that issue's content was pulled, that scene was redrawn as a flashback for this issue.
This is not a co-writer situation, Roberson is working from Straczynski's plots; they gave him a rough outline that JMS had turned in for the remaining issues of the Grounded arc, which amounted to a sentence or two for each of the issues, spelling out in general terms where the issue would take place geographically, specific guest stars, etc.
Letters from Gary Dunaier, Daniel Bellay, Tom Dudley, Robert Lize, Lawton Robinson, and Barry Hollifield. This includes a promo for the next issue including the cover.
