- Synopsis
- The Joes try and hold off a night attack by Cobra in Washington, D.C., as Venom poisons the Federal Reserve's money by tainting the ink with his toxin, but fails when the Commander stops him unexpectedly. The Baroness is gravely injured when she crashes her H.I.S.S. tank as Bludd is about to assassinate Destro under the Commander's orders while on its turret, leaving Destro distraught, as Hawk is shot by the Commander as Cobra escapes.

Scar-Face is spelled as such because of the original person who used the moniker historically: Al 'Scarface' Capone.
